Narendra Modi meets Japanese PM Fumio Kishida, discusses full range of India-Japan relations

Hiroshima: Indian PM Narendra Modi on Saturday met his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida in Hiroshima when the two leaders reviewed the full range of India-Japan relations.

"Had an excellent meeting with PM @kishida230 this morning. We reviewed the full range of India-Japan relations and also discussed the focus areas of India’s G-20 Presidency and Japan’s G-7 Presidency towards making our planet better," Modi tweeted.

He also shared an image of his interaction with the Japanese PM.

The two leaders were meeting on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Hiroshima.

The Indian PM reached Japan on Friday.

Apart from Japan, Modi will also visit Papua New Guinea and Australia.
