While answering a supplementary question, Kataria said that till now a total sum of Rs 1,000 crore was given a scholarship to the SC/ST students, but now the government has decided to increase this sum substantially.

Kataria said efforts are being made to fill up all the reserved vacant posts at the Indian Institutes of Management.
