Netherlands is a natural partner in the economic development of India: Modi

Amsterdam, June 27 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said Netherlands is natural partner in the economic development of India.

He said India's economic ties with the European nation is increasing.

"Ties between India and Netherlands are very old. Our bilateral relations are very strong," Modi said while addressing a joint press meet here.

"Netherlands is a natural partner in the economic development of India. Our trade and economic ties are increasing," he said.

Modi reached Netherlands after completing his US visit.

He met US President Donald Trump on Monday.

This was his first meeting with the US top leader.

Modi is currently on a three-nation tour.

Netherlands is his last destination before he returns to India.
