NIA detains Geelani's son-in-law for alleged terror funding
Srinagar, June 28 (IBNS): The National Investigative Agency (NIA) on Wednesday detained separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani's son-in-law, Altaf Ahmed Shah, for the latter's alleged connection to terror funding, media reports said.
Apart from Altaf, two other Hurriyat leaders, Ayaz Akbar and Mehraj ud Din Kalwal, were also detained by the NIA.
Reports suggest that Altaf was earlier questioned by NIA about his movable and other properties along with their sources of funding.
