New Delhi/IBNS: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will file a chargesheet in the Pulwama terror attack case, more than a year after the militant attack that had left at least 40 Indian personnel martyred, media reports said.

The NIA said in July that it had arrested Bilal Ahmed Kuchey, the seventh accused in the terror case.

On Feb 14, 2019, at least 40 Indian soldiers were killed in the terror attack which was carried out by Pakistan-based militant organisation Jaish-E-Mohammad (JeM).

As per the investigating agency, Kuchey, who is a resident of Hajibal in Jammu and Kashmir's Kakapora, had extended logistic support to the JeM terrorists involved in the attack.
