Nine coaches of Muri Express derail in UP, one killed

Kaushambi, May 25 (IBNS): At least one person died and many were injured after 18101/Tatanagar-Jammu Tawi Muri express derailed in Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh on Monday afternoon.
The accident took place near Sirathu station in the district.
 
According to reports, nine bogies of the train have been derailed which includes two general coaches and four sleeper coaches.
 
The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital.
 
Rescue teams have been rushed to the accident spot and relief operations are currently underway.
