"People lobby for Padma awards"

New Delhi, May 9 (IBNS) Ypga guru Baba Ramdev has triggered a controversy as he said that people get the prestigious Padma awards by 'lobbying'.

"The entire world knows that people lobby to get the Padma awards," he told reporters.

He said people with 'political influences' easily  get the awards.

Ramdev had earlier declined Padma awards for him.
