PM Modi wishes Rahul Gandhi on his 45th b'day

New Delhi, June 19 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday wished Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi a 'long life' on the occasion of his 45th birthday.

"Wishing the Congress Vice President, Shri Rahul Gandhi a Happy Birthday. I pray for his good health & long life. @OfficeOfRG," Modi tweeted.

Gandhi met party workers and senior leaders at the AICC headquarters on his birthday.

He also thanked everyone for wishing him on his special day.

"Thank you for all the love, affection, and kind birthday wishes," Gandhi tweeted.

Rahul Gandhi has served as the General Secretary in the All India Congress Committee at the onset of his career and represents Amethi as its Member of Parliament (MP).

He is the second-ranked member of the Congress Working Committee.
