Pranab Mukherjee greets citizens on Milad-un-Nabi eve

New Delhi, Dec 11 (IBNS): President of India Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday greeted citizens on the eve of Milad-un-Nabi.

In his message, he said: “On the auspicious occasion of Milad-un-Nabi, the birthday of the Holy Prophet, I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all my fellow countrymen, in India and abroad."

"May the message of the Holy Prophet, inspire us to work towards universal brotherhood, compassion, tolerance and the well-being of all. Let us on this day recall the life and ideals of Hazrat Mohammed Saheb and re-dedicate ourselves to the service of humanity."
