President greets Bangladesh people on their national day

New Delhi, Mar 25(IBNS) President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on the eve of the National Day of the neighbouring country.

In his message to Bangladesh President Md. Abdul Hamid, Mukherjee said, “On behalf of the Government and the people of India and on my own behalf, I am pleased to convey to you and to the people of Bangladesh our warm greetings and felicitations on the occasion of your National Day."

"I recall with great pleasure our meeting during your visit to India in December, 2014. I am confident that the relationship between our two countries would continue to grow and expand to include new areas of cooperation in a mutually beneficial manner," he said.
