New Delhi, May 31 (IBNS) President of India Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Republic of Kenya on the eve of their Madaraka Day.

In a message to Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, the President of the Republic of Kenya, the President  said, “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, it gives me immense pleasure to extend my warm greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency, to the Government and the people of the Republic of Kenya on the occasion of your Madaraka Day."

"The long-standing friendly ties between India and Kenya have blossomed into a robust and multi-faceted partnership.
