Priyanka Gandhi's list of buses sent to Yogi govt includes autos and mini cars, claims BJP's Kapil Mishra

New Delhi/Lucknow/IBNS: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kapil Mishra on Tuesday claimed the list of buses sent by Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath include autos and mini cars leading to a possible showdown between the two opposing forces.

Mishra took a screenshot of the list of the buses and claimed on Twitter, "The numbers of auto rickshaw and mini cars were found in the list of buses sent by Priyanka Gandhi to the Yogi government. Why such a frivolous drama in the name of poor workers?"

India Blooms has, however, not verified the list in Mishra's tweet which was later deleted.

Priyanka on Monday thanked Adityanath for accepting the request to run 1,000 buses listed by the Congress to help the affected people due to the anti-Covid-19 lockdown.

"I assure you on behalf of Congress that we will play a positive role in tackling the pandemic and standing beside the affected brothers and sisters due to the lockdown in the state," Priyanka on Monday tweeted.

The four-phase lockdown to stem the spread of the contagion has caused humanitarian crisis in the country with several migrant workers stuck in different parts of India.

In the last few weeks, the central government has run several trains to help the migrant workers to head back to their homes.
