Properties worth over Rs 50 lakh gutted in fire in Manipur

Guwahati, Jun 18 (IBNS): Properties worth over Rs 50 lakh were gutted in a devastating fire broke out in Manipur’s Thoubal district on Monday night.

According to the reports, the fire broke out from a shop and it spread out to other nearby business establishments.

Properties of the shops were reduced to ash in the fire.

Later, fire tenders, locals had managed to douse the flames.

On the other hand, fire broke out at a electric post at Garigaon area and later locals had managed to control the situation.
