Punjab: Migrant die after drowning

Nakodar/UNI: A 37-years-old migrant residing at Mallain Kalan died after drowning in water.

The Police said that the deceased has been identified as Mohammad Rawal a native of Bihar and residing at Mallain Kalan village.

Mohammad Farook a relative of the deceased told the police that Rawal died after drowning in water as he was in intoxicated state.

IO said that the police acting under section 174 of the Cr.P.C. handed over the body after post-mortem examination conducted here today.
