In the video, a man, purportedly Singh, was seen flashing his private part to a woman.

BJP leader Tajinder Bagga claimed, "A 21-year-old woman goes to AAP minister of Punjab, Balkar Singh asking for a job. Balkar had asked her to video call her, undress and he started masturbating."
