Punjab: Youth found dead in car

A youth was found dead in a car in mysterious circumstances near Bholath on Sunday.

Police said on Monday that the deceased was identified as Sukhbir Singh of Gill village near Nakodar.

It was learnt that the deceased went to Bholath to attend a marriage function on Saturday but found dead in a car yesterday.

The police have registered a case and handed over the body after post-mortem to his family members.

Though the cause of death was yet to be ascertained but the police are investigating the matter.
