New Delhi, Aug 18 (IBNS): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Friday condemned the Barcelona terror attack which claimed at least 13 lives and injured dozens others on Thursday.

"Strongly condemn the terrorist attack in Barcelona. Share the pain of the families who lost their loved ones in this mindless violence," his tweet read.
