Rahul Gandhi is a burden on opposition: Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das

| @indiablooms | Apr 08, 2019, at 05:20 pm

Ranchi, Apr 8 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today hit back on Congress president Rahul Gandhi and said he was not only a burden for his own party but now has become a burden for the opposition also.

Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters here, he said Rahul Gandhi has no value towards respectful and clean politics and said that he should not indulge in making personal and like comments. However, the Congress party is now crossing all the boundaries, Das said. The comments from Mr Das followed in response to comments made by Mr Gandhi towards BJP patriarch Lal Krishna Advani recently.

Highlighting the key features of the Sankalp Patra of the BJP which was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and national president of the party Amit Shah along with other senior leaders in New Delhi, he said the Sankalp Patra will help to make a New India and a New Jharkhand.

He said, the party has laid before the people the road map for the progress of the nation from 2019 to 2024. Das said, BJP wanted to make such a country where poor have homes and access to health and education facilities and other basic amenities of life.

The Chief Minister said that the party does not only makes promises but works with real intentions to make India as per the dreams of 130 crore Indians. He said, the Sankalp Patra clearly promises that no compromise will be made on internal and external threats and the BJP government will remain focused on all round development of farmers and the common man.

Das said, during the days of the Congress, 100 Paisa was released from the centre but only 15 Paisa reached to the people while under the BJP hundred Paisa which is released from the centre is completely reaching in the pockets of the people and said that the Congress party has no right to talk about the poor villages and the farmers.

He said that the Sankalp Patra of the party also talks about providing pension to small farmers and small shop owners and is focused on women empowerment. Das said illegal insurgents from Jharkhand will also be removed.

Attacking the JMM, he said that Hemant Soren has violated the CNT and SPT act the most but now the tribal people have become aware and they would teach a lesson to such vested elements who have used them just for their vote bank.
