New Delhi, Aug 25 (IBNS): Wishing the nation on Onam, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday directed people of the country to focus their attention on rebuilding flood-ravaged Kerala.

"This is a difficult time for the people of Kerala. In relief camps & homes across the state, people are grieving for their loved ones. On this Onam let us pledge to put aside our differences, stand united together and focus on the task of #RebuildingKerala," Gandhi tweeted.

Flood has disrupted normal life in the southern state.

More than 400 people have lost their lives in Kerala.

Thousands of people are currently staying in relief camps in the state.
