They were being brought from Bihar under the pretext of education in Madrasa. The ticket checking squad of Raipur Rail Division rescued them on the suspicion of trafficking.

Giving this information, the Raipur Rail Division spokesman said that the ticket checking squad of Commercial Department in Raipur Rail Division identified the 13 children in the age group of 6-14 years travelling in two berths of S-8 coach of the train at Raipur.

During interrogation it was found that a person was bringing these children from Bihar under the pretext of education in Madrasa. Twelve of these children are said to be residents of Purnia while one child is said to be resident of Katihar district of Bihar.
