Rajnath Singh to arrive in Srinagar today to take stock of Kashsmir situation

Srinagar, July 23 (IBNS) : Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will arrive in Srinagar on Saturday on a two-day visit to review the prevailing situation after the death of local militant Burhan Wani.
Over 50 civilians have been killed in the ongoing unrest while 4000 have been injured in the Valley after the killing Burhan Wani.
 
Rajnath Singh is scheduled to meet trade bodies, civil society and other stake holders.
 
He is likely to announce dialogue with Kashmiri separatists leaders.
 
A representative of the trade bodies said that they have been invited to meet the minister however are unaware about venue.
 
The visit of the Home Minster comes a day after  Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti convened an all party meeting here to evolve a consensus among all stake holders to restore peace in the fresh turmoil.
