Road mishap kills 6 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Feb 17 (IBNS) At least six people were killed as an auto-rickshaw in which they were travelling was hit by a truck in Odisha's Rayagada district on Tuesday, reports said.

Five others were injured in the mishap which occurred at around 1.30 pm.

"Following information, a team of police of Chandili police station rushed to the spot and rushed the five injured persons to the district headquarters hospital where their condition was stated to be critical," odishasuntimes.com reported.

The bodies have been sent for post mortem.
