RS: 53 members to retire today
New Delhi, May 13 (IBNS) The Rajya Sabha on Friday will witness the retirement of 53 members, making it one of the largest in recent times, reports said.
Sixteen Congressmen from their present 65 seats are set to hang their boots, while BJP will bid adieu to five members.
While the Congress will look to re-elect Jairam Ramesh, the incumbent party will look for the same for top-brass Venkaiah Naidu.
