Russian President congratulates new US President
Moscow, Nov 9 (IBNS): Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday congratulated Donal Trump as he won the US Presidential elections.
"According to Kremlin, President Putin sent a telegram to Donald Trump, congratulating him on his victory in the US presidential election and wishing him success in taking on the serious task of being head of state," Sputnik News reported.
Trump defeated his opponent Hillary Clinton in the closely fought Presidential polls.
