Six-year-old alleged raped in Bangalore school

Bangalore, Oct 31 (IBNS): A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped in her school premises in Bangalore, media reports said.

Police said the girl was allegedly assaulted twice, on October 28 and 29. One person was detained for questioning in regard to the matter.

A rape case was filed at the Jeevanbhima Nagar police station on Thursday afternoon.

According to reports, the girl came home complaining of stomach ache On Wednesday. When the family took her to the hospital, the doctors confirmed that she had been sexually assaulted.

The police also filed a criminal case against the school authorities after Chief Minister Siddaramaiah ordered strict action.

Earlier, a three-year-old child was also allegedly raped in her school On October 21.
