Supreme Court refers Sabarimala case to constitution bench
New Delhi, Oct 13 (IBNS): The Supreme Court has referred the case, pertaining to whether women can enter Kerala's Sabarimala temple or not, to a constitution bench on Friday, media reports said.
The case has started after petitions were filed against the order of the temple that restricts menstruating women from entering the inner sanctum.
The Constitution bench will announce the verdict on the case.
