Teach students to take risks: Pichai
He urged students to take risks in life.
"India has a culture of valuing education. I feel that we need to encourage creativity.To move forward, creativity is an important attribute. We need to make people learn how to get things done by hand ," Pichai said.
"Teach students to take risks. System shouldn't penalise students for taking risks," he said.
He said entrepreneurs are needed to build things for India and globally.
Pichai said entrepreneurial streak is seen everywhere in India.
"One thing which is good about India is that you will find a tea stall and there is an entrepreneur. So that streak has always been there," he said.
