According to reports, Jagtar Singh was arrested on Monday from Chon Buri .

"Acting on the tip-off, a secret operation was conducted by Indian central agencies in tandem with the Thai authorities that led to the arrest of the self-styled chief of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) from the house of one Khalat Bari, who had been sheltering Tara at the behest of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI)," Hindustan Times reported quoting sources.

He was on run since 2004. He had escaped from high-security Burail Model Jail in Chandigarh.
