Tinsukia power mishap: Rahul Gandhi condoles loss of lives
Guwahati, Apr 11 (IBNS) Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Monday condoled the loss of lives in Assam's Tinsukia, as at least nine men were reported dead following an electrocution, earlier in the day.
Gandhi wrote on Twitter: "Deeply pained to learn of the incident in Tinsukia,Assam that led to the tragic loss of so many lives.My condolences to bereaved families."
It was reported that a stray bullet fired by a security personnel hit an electric post, electrocuting several men, who were protesting a murder.
