Twelve major announcements for MSME sector by PM Modi

New Delhi, Nov 2 (IBNS):   Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced 12 important support measures for MSME sector from New Delhi, in a nationwide launch on Friday.

The announcements pertain to factors such as credit availability, interest rate, market access and cash flow. 

District Thane in Maharashtra also features among the 100 selected districts.

The Union Minister for Commerce and Industry and Civil Aviation,  Suresh Prabhu attended the function in Thane.

Speaking on the occasion, Prabhu said, MSME sector has to face a lot of hurdles in day-to-day business and it was of utmost importance to address the problems faced by this sector.

He said that the 12 major announcements made by the Prime Minister

Narendra Modi are historic and will herald a new dawn for MSME sector.

He further said that these announcements will see the day of light as the Prime minister himself will be closely monitoring their implementation.

He also appealed to the young entrepreneurs to make the best use of this opportunity.
