UNICEF MP Chief meets Governor
Bhopal, Apr 6 (IBNS): Trevor Clark, Chief, UNICEF office for Madhya Pradesh met Governor of the state Ram Naresh Yadav on Sunday at the Governor house.
Trevor Clark presented him a copy of Convention on the Rights of the Child and also copies of reports on 'Children in Madhya Pradesh' and Water and Sanitation - Situational analysis published by Census directorate, UNICEF, State Planning Commission and Department of Panchayat & Rural Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Clark also briefed the governor on UNICEF work in the state and discussion was held on the education in general, girls education and participation of young people.
Anil Gulati, Communication Specialist with UNICEF office for MP was with him in the meeting.
