Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh greets the nation on Vijayadashmi

New Delhi, Oct 21 (IBNS) Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has conveyed his greetings on the eve of the Vijayadashmi festival.

In his message to the nation, the Home Minister referred to the cherished values of ‘Unity in Diversity’ while reiterating there shall be no tolerance of any criminal activity.

“On this auspicious festival of Vijayadashmi, I extend my best wishes to all my fellow citizens for celebrating it with the spirit of unity. Unity in diversity is the much celebrated value of our ancient culture," Singh said.

"I appeal to the citizens to maintain calm, peace and harmony and contribute to strengthening this great nation. I reiterate the stand of Government of no tolerance of any criminal activity. Law enforcing agencies must act accordingly," he said.
