UP polls: Voting begins in 73 constituncies in western region

Lucknow, Feb 11 (IBNS): Voting commenced for 73 assembly constituencies spread across 15 districts in politically crucial western Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.

Amid tight security, voting began in the state at 7 am.

Voting in the state will be held in seven phases.

Result of the elections in Punjab, Goa, Uttarakhand, UP and Manipur  will be announced on Mar 11.
