Uttar Pradesh: Two youths killed as heavy vehicle hits their motorcycle in Farrukhabad

Farrukhabad:  Two youths riding a motorcycle were killed when an unidentified heavy vehicle hit their two-wheeler in Rajepur area of Farrukhabad district in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday.

Inspector of Rajepura police station Diwakar Prasad Saroj said that Satyapal (35), a resident of Tajpur village, along with mason Awadhesh (38) had gone to purchase building material for his house in the morning.

"Near ITI in Hariharpur village a heavy vehicle coming from the opposite direction hit the motorcycle they were riding," he said.

The Inspector said that Diwakar and Awadhesh were taken to the nearby community health center where doctors declared them dead.

"The bodies have been sent to Fatehgarh for post-mortem examination," he said.
