In a new CWC announced on Aug 20, Singh did not figure among 23 members. She was later invited as a seventh parament invitee of CWC.

Singh who is a permanent invitee in CWC and has been the state president for the last year, is likely to fight for the Mandi parliamentary seat for the fourth term.

Congress is likely to make three more cabinet inductions in the Himachal government as Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Pratibha Singh have been consulted by party in-charge Rajiv Shukla and president leader Mallikarjun Kharge.
