Kolkata, May 24 (IBNS): A woman was a killed as an unidentified miscreant hurled a crude bomb , which exploded at TMC leader Buro Hansda's residence in West Bengal's Birbhum district on Sunday, reports said.

The deceased was identified as Churki Hansda.

TMC leader Buro Hansda was injured in the blast.

According to reports, the incident occurred at around 3 am on Sunday.

Police have started investigating into the incident.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident, two groups of the ruling TMC clashed in the state's Jamuria area which left at least three people injured, media reports said.
