West Bengal: Fake Indian currencies supply kingpin arrested from Malda

Kolkata, Apr 30 (UNI) Probing the trails of fake currencies trading in Bengal's border areas, the sleuths of National Investigating Agency (NIA) arrested the kingpin, Saddam alias Feroz Sheikh, from a hideout in Malda district, a border area of neighbouring Bangladesh.

Feroz Sheikh, accused of supplying fake Indian currencies for years, has been arrested from a den at English Bazar on Sunday, official sources here confirmed.

The NIA had been looking for Feroz for past one year.
