Youth lynched allegedly for smuggling cattle in Himachal Pradsh

Saharan, Himachal Pradesh, Oct 17 (IBNS) Less than a month after Mohammed Akhlaq was lynched in Dadri, a 20-year-old man has been beaten to death by a group of men in Himachal Pradesh on Friday for transporting cattle, including cows and bulls.
Reports said Noman Akhtar, who belonged to  Uttar Pradesh, was allegedly smuggling cattle in a truck  along with his associates when they were  caught by local residents on Friday.

 Noman was  badly thrashed and he fell  unconscious. He was rushed to a  hospital by police  where he was declared dead.
