6 Ballygunge Place in Kolkata celebrates Hilsa Festival
Monsoon is just the right time to indulge your tastebuds, and what better way to do it than celebrate with the queen of the river, hilsa. Like previous years, the master chefs of 6 Ballygunge Place in Kolkata create magic with the fish, under the planning and guidance of Chef Sushanta. Dig into our Elish Machher Cutlet, relish some Achari Elish Kumror Doga Diye, taste the heavenly Elisher Matha Diye Kochu Saag or the innovative Anaras Elish and much more. For the connoisseurs with appetite, there is the Elish thali as well, that serves Elish macher tel, Elish macher dim bhaja, Chachra, Bhapa Elish along with plain rice and dal. The festival is on from Aug 2 to Aug 17, also at their Thali restaurants, with a different menu and price. Items are individually priced from Rs 395 onwards.
