Buddha Bites unveils Poila Baishak menu
Buddha Bites, chain of Chinese Restaurants, flagged off a Culinary Festival titled “Poila Baisakh Menu†to mark the Bengali new year. A break-through from the conventional Bangaliana to the Chinese Hoisin and Schezwan delicacies, the three-week long food fiesta will have Non-Veg Chinese Delights; Duck with Pineapple, Schezwan Squid, Jumbo Prawn in Butter garlic Sauce, Lamb in Oriental Veggies along with a separate all veg menu and summer cooler mocktails. The event also marked the launch of the Buddha Bites website which offers the first-of-its-kind platform to order home style Chinese food online.
