LEH, JULY 23 (UNI):- Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh R K Mathur inaugurating COVID-19 test facility at HIHAR, Leh established by DRDO. G Satheesh Reddy, Secretary Department of Defence R&D and Chairman DRDO alsso seen on his Left.
