'A photo, a moment, a memory for life,' says Alia Bhatt receiving National Film Awards

Mumbai/IBNS: Alia Bhatt, who is the co-winner of the 69th National Film Awards in the best actress category for her role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Gangubai Kathiawadi', was honoured by President Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday.

Alia joined other recipients to receive the National Film Awards from the President at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi on Tuesday.

In an Instagram post, Alia shared some moments from the National Awards ceremony, where she was accompanied by her actor husband, Ranbir Kapoor.

In one of the pictures, Alia posed with Kriti Sanon, who too has won the award in the best actress category for her role of a surrogate mother in 'Mimi', and Allu Arjun who bagged it in the best actor segment for 'Pushpa: The Rise'.

Alia, who is one of the leading contemporary Bollywood actresses, played a brothel owner Gangubai in 'Gangubai Kathiawadi', which hit the theatres in 2022.
