Actress Deepika Padukone to be part of Festival De Cannes jury

Mumbai: Indian actress Deepika Padukone, who has worked in several popular Bollywood movies, will be part of the main jury at the Cannes Film Festival.

Naming the jury members, the official Twitter page of the festival wrote: "French actor Vincent Lindon is the Jury President of the 75th Festival de Cannes! Along with his eight jury members, he will reward one of the 21 films in Competition with the Palme d'or, on Saturday May 28, during the Closing Ceremony."

French actor Vincent Lindon will preside over the jury for the Festival's 75th edition.

The festival will take place from May 17 to 26.
