Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan wrap up Kalank shooting

Mumbai, Jan 18 (IBNS): Actress Alia Bhatt and actor Varun Dhawan have ended shooting for their upcoming movie Kalank.

They have worked in three Box Office hits in the past.

Alia shared a black-and-white image on her Instagram page to announce the ending of the shooting for the movie.

"it’s a film wrap for Varun on KALANK.. Our 4th film completed together and he still manages to surprise me with his hard work and crazy energy everyday.. Also manages to make me laugh like a crazy person by just being himself.. I can’t can’t can’t wait for you guys to see the stuff he’s done with his character in the film!!!! 🙌💫⭐️ 💃🏻🌞#KALANK," Alia posted on Instagram with the picture.

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha last week said she had completed shooting for her upcoming movie Kalank.

Sonakshi shared an image on her social media pages of herself as she expressed happiness over being a part of the movie.

She tweeted: "Just the beginning of the year, and the end of a new film! Its a wrap for me on #Kalank... a project i am proud to be a part of! Cant wait for you all to see it #ontopoftheworld."

Kalank is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language period drama film directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios.  

It stars Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Kunal Khemu, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles.
