The seventh season of Netflix web series Virgin River will navigate Mel and Jack’s marital journey and their path to adoption, as revealed in the trailer unveiled by the makers on Monday.
The trailer opens with Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge) joyfully informing her husband Jack (Martin Henderson) that “she wants us to be the parents of her baby.”
In a heartwarming moment, Mel tells Jack, “This is the end of one chapter and the beginning of another,” to which he replies, “Yes, it is.”
The trailer also hints at evolving dynamics and chemistry between Brady and Brie, as well as Doc and Hope, while Lizzie is shown embracing motherhood.

Produced by Reel World Management, Virgin River is based on the popular novel series by Robyn Carr.
Filmed in British Columbia, Canada, the series—set in the United States—first premiered on December 6, 2019.
