Mumbai/IBNS: The makers of the upcoming Kannada film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups on Wednesday unveiled actress Nayanthara’s first look from the film.

KVN Productions introduced Nayanthara as Ganga, sharing the announcement on X. “Introducing Nayanthara as GANGA in A Toxic Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups,” the makers wrote.

Toxic, which features Yash as the co-lead, is scheduled for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026, coinciding with major festivals including Gudi Padwa, Ugadi and Eid, setting the stage for a big holiday weekend opening.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the action drama is set in a dark and gritty world driven by crime, power and revenge.

The film has been shot simultaneously in English and Kannada, and will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam as well.

Apart from Yash and Nayanthara, the film also stars Bollywood actress Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi as part of its ensemble cast.
