"I loved the character of Mamaji. I was taken aback by the character and wanted to be a part of it," he added.

Sharing his experience of working with Payal and Elixir Production, he said, "Payal has done her job very well as she lived with the script. She has a great team. I have a lot of respect for everyone and they believe in me and my work, and that makes me give my best."

He said, "Each new project comes with different character challenges and it helps an actor to improve their acting skills with time and by giving their 100%. Also, the reputation of an artist grows as they take up new projects, and they get to work with good directors and with big production houses. And it's the experience that makes you a better actor. I've gained a lot of confidence and am looking forward to future challenges like this."

Vijay feels that with the OTT boom, the audience is enjoying and consuming a plethora of content. He said, "Viewers can have their choice at home. The audience has become quite smart with selecting the content they want to watch."

"With the change of time, makers have to follow the trends. The number of opportunities also has increased, which means that hardworking individuals have more opportunities for growth than ever before," he concluded.
