Mumbai, Mar 13 (IBNS): Bollywood classic 'Woh Kaun Thi?', is all set to be remade with KriArj Entertainment acquiring its official rights.

The 1964 film featured Sadhana and Manoj Kumar in lead roles.

The psychological thriller was directed by Raj Khosla.

The film had remarkable songs composed by Madan Mohan and if reports are to be believed 'Naina barse rimjhim' and 'Lag ja gale se', both sung by Lata Mangeshkar, will remain in the remake as well.

Prernaa Arora and Arjun N Kapoor of KriArj Entertainment will remake the film as a tribute to Manoj Kumar.
