Imtiaz Ali, Ekta Kapoor present trailer of Laila Majnu

Mumbai, Aug 7 (IBNS): With a twist to the old story, filmmakers Imtiaz Ali and Ekta Kapoor on Tuesday unveiled the trailer of their new creation Laila Majnu.

The movie is featuring actors  Avinash Tiwary and Tripti Dimri in the lead roles.

Sharing the trailer of the movie, film critic Tara Adarsh tweeted: "Imtiaz Ali and Ekta Kapoor present the present-day #LailaMajnu... Stars Avinash Tiwary and Tripti Dimri... Directed by Sajid Ali... 7 Sept 2018 release... #LailaMajnuTrailer link."

The movie is scheduled to release on Sept 7.

It is directed by Sajid Ali.
