Los Angeles, July 17 (IBNS) Kim Kardashian West has shared she has lost nearly 70 lbs since giving birth to her son Saint in December.

The actress said she learned that a fit body is made both in the kitchen and gym.

"I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn't really ever think that before," Kardashian West tells People. "I thought, 'Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.' But you have to work out all the time."

The reality star told People that she  followed the Atkins 40 plan in a bid to get her diet under control.
